10 Year Limited Warranty AdhesionXtreme® warrants that the products registered under the trade marks RoofBond®, SuperRoof®, MultiTask®, 2Sided® & InsulAtor® will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase, on condition that the material is installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s written recommendation as outlined in the application instructions that accompany the product. This warranty does not apply to misapplication or poor workmanship in the application of products. The technical and installation advice provided is given in order to achieve the maximum potential from our products. It is up to the user to test the products for material compatibility, respect local legislation and obtain whatever authorizations necessary for use of the products. This warranty shall only apply to products stored in its original packaging in unopened cartons under the conditions recommended in the Technical Data Sheet, being the storage in a non-humid, well ventilated storage area at temperatures that do not exceed +30°C. Furthermore, this warranty will only apply to products that comply with the shelf life storage duration period of 24 months under the storage conditions as described above. In accordance with and in respect of the conditions outlined in the foregoing paragraph, AdhesionXtreme® warrants that it shall replace that portion of the product which is proven to be defective. All warranty claims shall be made in writing within 30 days of discovery of the defect. This warranty is issued expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose. AdhesionXtreme® shall not be held liable for any other damages including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, to the buyer or to a third party, or to loss of business or profit arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the products.
